Sinopec News Network (Li Guiyun) on November 3, the roller type shot blasting cleaning machine of Zhuangxi Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield was put into trial operation. Since then, shot blasting will replace the sand blasting in the previous repair process of pumping units and enter a new stage of pumping unit repair. The roller type shot blasting machine adopts closed type environmental protection derusting, which is a departure from the previous working environment of dusty and noisy derusting. The construction personnel can complete the derusting of pumping unit accessories in the control room, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers. The high-tech automatic equipment has more refined and standardized derusting quality than the wind sand type. The derusting time is more than half of that before, which effectively improves the derusting quality and derusting speed of pumping unit accessories and lays a solid foundation for the successful completion of the recovery of pumping units.
